Restoration by the sea and a reconnection to the past today. This beach is at the bottom of a street I lived in for a number of years in my 20's. I found out after I moved in that my grandfather's family home was at the end of the road overlooking this beach and the harbour and my grandmother had lived in the next street over. Both loved the sea and their love of the ocean has definitely come down the family line. There's something incredibly healing about being by and in the water.
