About me

I’m an Esoteric Hypnotherapist, Sacred Soul Alchemist and Shamanic Healer. With over 25yrs experience in the healing field, my passion is reconnecting people like you to the magic, power and inherent wisdom within so you can move beyond overwhelm, overthinking and doubt.

I’ve borne children, backpacks, burdens and responsibility – some of which were not mine. I’ve played, laughed, grieved, despaired, walked, run, cartwheeled and danced. Worked hard – sometimes too hard, and other times possibly not enough. Known the pain of failure, the sharpness of self-judgement and the weight of guilt. Had few regrets and many joys.

I’ve played with paint, desired, loved, been moved by music, poetry and beauty. Accepted the pain of goodbyes, tasted the salt of the sea, felt the warmth of the sun, the wind at my back and destiny calling.

My spiritual journey begain at the tender age of 9, when a profound experience opened my heart to the undeniable truth of a world full of love, magic and mystery beyond our physical bodies, senses, and our logical minds. We are brave, creative, compassionate and intuitive beings - I help you be in the joy and fullness of this deep knowing.

Embracing the wisdom of the crone phase, essential life lessons and ongoing high calibre training, I step forward in sacred service. I look forward to helping you anchor yourself in your truth and authenticity to live an enriched life woven of joy, magic, courage and fulfilment.

My background

With 25+ years working with those committed to their spiritual, personal, and professional development via 1:1 soul mentoring, sacred Weekend Women Retreats, Soul Heart Workshops, Courses and Weekly Wisdom Circles, I know the necessity of working with all aspects of the being for sustainable healing of mind, body and soul.

It was to further enhance this work that I trained as a Hypnotique Protocol Esoteric Hypnotherapist® in 2021 and Shamanic Life Coach© in 2023 and Shamanic Soul Healing© in 2024.

These modalities provide the most cutting edge and integrated form of deep soul healing and shamanic work that I know of. With their systematic structured and sequential sessions, we are able to heal and clear the past, old limiting repetitive patterns, soul wounds, trauma and anxiety from all levels of the being that are preventing you from the transformation you are looking for.

The term Alchemy acknowledges the magical transformation that many I work with experience.
